I live outside Australia, do I need to pay customs, import tax and/or duty payments?
Potentially. Our parcels are counted as 'Delivery Duties Unpaid' (or DDU), which means that you will have to pay for any potential duties or charges associated with the parcel.
Most orders won't require any import duties to be paid because their total value will fall under your country's low-value threshold (e.g., this is currently set at US$800 in the U.S).
If duties do need to be paid, the local postal or customs authority for your country will most likely get in touch with you to organise it with you directly.
Options usually include paying online before collecting the parcel, paying in-person when collecting the parcel, and paying upon the delivery of the parcel.
When will my order ship?
All orders received before 3pm AWST will be shipped on the same day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will ship on the next working day.
